How to make a compliment or complaint

Your comfort is our primary concern. Any problems you may encounter can usually be settled easily within your Unit.

If you have an unanswered question or unresolved problem, you should express your concerns as soon as possible with your nurse, or the Nurse Unit Manager.

If you would like to contact the Nurse Unit Manager, ask a staff member to put you in contact. We like to know of your concerns so we can continue to improve our service to you.

Early reporting allows us to address your concerns while you are in hospital so you can enjoy the rest of your stay.

For any suggestions, comments, compliments and/or complaints, please provide your feedback on a Your Feedback brochure available in the Unit or e-mail the Hospital at TOMarketing@svha.org.au
